I worke in the news division at CNN's Atlanta headquarters
siga newsletter I have picked up on the story.I used to be in the 4th Army PSYOPS group staffed the National Security Council's Office of Public Diplomacy (OPD), a shadowy government propaganda agency that planted stories in the U.S. media supporting the Reagan Administration's Central America policies.
I have heard it said this ST 246 is the safest drug that NIH has seen in a long time. siga could easily see a contract in the interim...it would be legal! So the follow on testing..particular the large sample size... can be used to create FUD....but I see it as simply a timing issue...this is a very safe drug imo. management/insiders own about 50% of the outstanding shares....they aren't about to dilute their own shares. Dilution occurs easiest when management doesn't own a big piece of the pie the store is about to unfold quickly!

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has also drafted model legislation on emergency health powers for states to adopt in order to deal with such crises.ST-246 is about the to launch in the National Stockpile program my source is very close to the operations this is a very positive outcome for siga.
