Franklin Credit Management - Complaint about customer service. I have been trying to get my 2007 year end statement for about 45 minutes now and still holding. The first person I called said I would need to call customer service. The number listed is what I dialed. I have called twice and both persons I spoke with wanted a loan number, knowing what I wanted and still didn't get what I needed. Frustrated at this point and will put into every blog I can find concerning Loan companies to try by all means to stay clear of your company. Your customer service is terrible. This has been copied and mass e-mailed.

Yeah, bad things happen all the time but that's life.
The stock hasn't been trading for a long time. Do you think the company is having hard times?
