Most people couldn't stand him. Myself included. He would yell at the least provocation. I was an executive on his team, truly dedicated to making revenues and margins climb. In fact, under my tenure, they did. Not good enough. Hamid kept on yelling and demoralizing the troops as well as the generals.
In fairness, he is very sharp and tough. Has a good eye for operations. Strategically, he's lacking. Buys companies that are misaligned with the corporation, then shuttles them when they fail blaming others for the demise. Total lack of vision.

I find it really strange that Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President could have such negative characteristics. However, if you take a look at the company's performance, it really looks not so bad.
The share is climbing up and is now worth $4.06.
And the financial results of 2008 looks rather positive.

I am not so sure that such chairman would be in the company, if he acted the way you have told us on this MB.

Hamid left White in October 2008, so maybe that's why their stock is improving now.

However, they do have a number of issues refocussing their company and divesting 3 business units. They made a loss again in Q1 FY '09, so who knows where they're heading...

Hi, yes, I noticed that the stock is on the recovery right now. And the first quarter results of '09 seem to be bringing some prospects for the company. At last the company has earned $825,000 and not experienced the loss once again. Besides, they were able to pay all the debts. And there is almost no long term debt.
