I don't know him personally or in a ny other way but I can see that the company is in a big trouble.
According to the latest 10Q filing, the company has so huge liabilities. The sitaution is really poor. I don't think it would be a good idea to invest in the company.
And I have some doubts that the company will be on the NASDAQ-listing for a long time.
