Ken Hiltz specializes in the financial leadership of corporate turnarounds, restructurings and reorganizations. He is highly skilled in leading the analysis, planning and implementation of operational turnarounds, balance sheet restructuring, and cash flow improvement strategies for underperforming companies. He works closely with directors and senior management to assess alternatives and develop business plans, as well as implementation strategies that maximize the company's opportunities. Ken is currently the CFO of Dana Corporation, a leading automotive supplier in reorganization. He recently served as CEO of the Sofco division of U.S. Foodservice leading an operational turnaround and a successful sale process. Previously, he served as CFO at Foster Wheeler Ltd., a global provider of engineering services and products. In addition, Ken has served as CFO of Hayes Lemmerz, one of the world's leading global suppliers of automotive and commercial highway wheels, brakes, powertrain, suspension, structural and other lightweight components and as CFO of Joy Global, Inc. (formerly known as Harnischfeger Industries, Inc.), a global manufacturer of mining equipment and pulp and papermaking machinery. He has an outstanding track record as a key member of the senior management teams of major companies during difficult periods in their history.

Ken has successfully served multiple clients in the areas of heavy manufacturing and automotive, contracting, distribution, retailing and numerous services businesses (e.g. Hartmarx Corporation, Highland Superstores, Woodward & Lothrop, US One Communications, Memorex-Telex and Unisys).

A Certified Management Accountant and CPA licensed in Michigan, Ken holds business degrees from Xavier University and the University of Detroit and is an alumnus of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
