Frank Sillman was and is an <<<...snipped (personal attack)...>>>. This <<<...snipped (personal attack)...>>> was all about market share and nothing about quality. He should be tried and thrown in jail. There is simply no wya in hell this guy should stay out of jail. An then, as the FDIC looses 7-9 billion dollars because of this prick, he and the previous IMB President start a " modification and bad asset" company to get paid to screw lenders of with the very loans they made. What an absolute <<<...snipped (personal attack)...>>>. And that *** of a wife he has still runs financial freedom. She did not know her ass from a hole in the wall. She made a point to all new executives to tell them they did not expect them to "change" IMB, but rather, just implement what was there and working. What a complete void of competent credit knowledge this <<<...snipped (personal attack)...>>> had.

Hello, hardly swearing guy,

you seem to be too negative, over negative guy. Frank is a very nice and sincere man, I couldn't dare to say anything bad about him.

This guy obviously has severe psychological issues! I dont know of any normal human being who goes on like this 24/7! I dont think his negative remarks should even be considered! He clearly has problems!

Frank is a great manager. He pushes people hard to do their best. He can tell when someone needs to take a break and pushes them to do that as well. Frank managed Indymac as a dutiful steward, cautious about taking too much credit risk, and balancing production with quality.

Frank is not a touchy-feely manager. I appreciate that. You will always know where you are with him. He is an insipiring manager that can visualize how the industry will change and tries to change before the industry. I wish there were more managers like him.

I am a former IMB employee and was sad to see the ship go down. I enjoyed working for him, and look forward to working with him in the future. For those of you who like to launch personal attacks hidden by the internet... remember what your mama taught you..."if you cant say something nice..."
