I don't quite agree with you.
It took me some time to find the balance sheet of the company, and as I managed to do that I saw that the last one was from June 2008. A little too late.
From that balance sheet I can only see that the company has more debts than is able to pay. The number is almost double.

Total Current Assets 103.37.000.000
Total Current Liabilities 201.30.000.000

I am not sure what the balance sheet of September and December told but these are the most recent facts. In this case, it's recent,but actually this information is rather old.

If you compared the financial facts from the earlier balance sheet, you would see the same tendency there: the liabilities are double than the assets. That does not lead a company to better days. And, of course, investors don't start trusting in such a company more.
