(OTC Bulletin Board: AITX), a developer of patented Omni-Directional Technology with military and commercial applications, announced today that the Company has completed re-stating fiscal years 2006 and 2005 financial results. During the preparation of the December 31, 2006 year-end financial statements, Airtrax determined that the accounting for certain transactions, which had been recorded in 2005 and 2006, needed to be corrected. Accordingly, Airtrax issued two Form 8-K's, on April 25, 2007 and May 2, 2007 , disclosing that the Company would restate its previously issued financial statements, namely the Form 10-KSB filed for December 31, 2005 and the Form 10-KBS filed for December 31, 2006 and that these statements should not be relied on.
