MIAMI , Jan. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Can a cook-off between knife-wielding former Bears and Colts players foreshadow which team will win the Super Bowl in Miami on Sunday? Former Bears defensive lineman William 'The Refrigerator' Perry has accepted the challenge to compete against a yet unnamed former Colts player under the watchful eye of a Benihana master chef who will give the players some quick training on the intricate combination of knife and tabletop hibachi cooking skills made famous over the past 43 years by Benihana restaurants.

The cooking competition takes place in the Miami Design District on Friday night at ESPN The Magazine's NEXT Big Block Party. On the menu for the special VIP party are 10,000 sushi rolls; 600 pounds of shrimp, chicken and beef; and 50 pounds of rice, all prepared by Benihana hibachi and sushi chefs flown in to Miami from Benihana restaurants around the country...and 4,000 chopsticks to eat it all.

Will 'The Fridge's' grilling and knife-wielding skills bode well for the Bears? That depends upon who accepts the challenge this week on behalf of the Colts to square off across the table.
