Condon’s expertise in web application and design should enable ¡Sorpresa! to expand the network’s online capabilities, digital community, and audience reach. Condon will be focusing on growing and integrating the online presence of ¡Sorpresa!’s advertising and programming partners.
Equipped with an extensive background in web design and production, Condon has produced numerous cross-platform interactive educational programs targeted directly at the 2 – 17-year-old audience. Her work on the youth web portals at AOL, which combined education and entertainment with user participation, garnered two Telly Awards in 2006 and 2007.

Condon has over 10 years of Internet and broadcast television experience, including leading marketing relationships with Cartoon Network and Nintendo while at AOL. Also at AOL, Condon directed the design vision for its youth web portals that reached over 1.5 million kids with over 100 online games.
Prior to her tenure at AOL, Condon served in a similar capacity at Henninger Media Services, where she worked with Discovery Channel Networks. She will be based in the Washington D.C. area and report to Chris Firestone, Senior Vice President of Digital Media and Broadcast Operations.
