BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Kennedy Wilson Auction Group, a division of the national real estate services and investment firm Kennedy Wilson, conducted an auction of 44 single family homes/town homes and condominiums located in the Brisas Collection, Summit Collection, Vallarta at Verrado and Flagstaff Ranch, on February 24, 2008 . Set amid the rustic foothills of the White Tank Mountain, all these communities offer quality residences with open floor plans and custom-style appointments. The homes include one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, ranging in size from 1,975 square feet to 4,828 square feet.

All homes were sold at the auction, which was held at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale , AZ. The auction of the initial 37 homes went so well, that the seller allowed KW Auction Group to auction 7 additional homes.

'With many excited buyers still in the hotel ballroom wanting the auction to continue and very intense bidding, we opened up the 7 additional units to bid,' explained Rhett Winchell, president of the Kennedy Wilson Auction Group. 'The purchase prices for these 7 homes were similar to the first 37, and contracts were written for all 44 homes.'
