Bancorp (Nasdaq: KFFB), the holding company for First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Hazard and First Federal Savings Bank of Frankfort , Kentucky,
announced that Danny A. Garland, President and Chief Executive Officer of
First Federal Savings Bank of Frankfort , will retire effective February 21,
2007 .
Don D. Jennings, President of the Company and Executive Vice President of First Federal Savings Bank, will serve as interim CEO of the Bank until a permanent successor is appointed.
