David S. Rhind Elected to Kewaunee Scientific Board of Directors

STATESVILLE, N.C. , April 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kewaunee Scientific Corporation (Nasdaq: KEQU) announced today the election of David S. Rhind to Kewaunee Scientific's Board of Directors effective April 17, 2008 .

Mr. Rhind, a resident of Chicago, Illinois , is General Counsel, North America , for Hudson Highland Group, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois . Before joining Hudson, he served for eight years as Associate General Counsel at Technology Solutions Company of Chicago , and prior to that, he spent five years practicing corporate and securities law at Gardner , Carton & Douglas in Chicago . Mr. Rhind received his J.D. degree, cum laude, in 1990 from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana and his B.A. degree in 1985 from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.

Mr. Rhind is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago and The Lawyers Club of Chicago . He is a trustee of Interlochen Center for the Arts in Interlochen, Michigan and is president of the Interlochen Alumni Organization. He is also chairman of the Visiting Committee to the Department of Music at The University of Chicago.
