AURORA, ON , July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Magna Entertainment Corp. ('MEC') (NASDAQ: MECA; TSX: MEC.A) announced today that Scott Borgemenke will leave his position as Executive Vice President, Racing effective July 18th .
