The shipment expands Mattson's installed base of Suprema systems, and broadens its leadership in photoresist strip products.
The Company noted that it had recently undertaken an internal analysis of
its competitive position in the strip market, the results of which indicate
Mattson gained market share in the first half of 2008 as compared to the same
period in 2007.
