WiFi Wireless, Inc. Makes an Announcement to Shareholders

By Introduction, I'm Lynn Peterson, the President and CEO of WiFi Wireless, Inc. [WFWL] My background includes 30 plus years of working in the Advanced Electronics Business. The companies I have worked for would include General Dynamics, Hughes Electronics, Boeing, DRS and LAMSA Weapons Systems. My business experience is in Operations, Government Contracts, Technical Sales and Marketing. I was brought on board by Mr. Eugene Curcio, our Chairman, to move WiFi Wireless, Inc. [WFWL] from an R&D corporation to an operating company and to target sales of our Global Cargo Tracking System.

I would like to take a moment and thank Mr. Renato Giordano, my predecessor, who was instrumental in our development of our current Global Cargo Tracking System. Without Mr. Giordano's leadership and persistence we at WiFi Wireless, Inc. [WFWL] would not be charging toward our current operating goals with the success we are seeing today.

I'm very excited about WiFi Wireless, Inc. [WFWL] in its future and our current position in the wireless market place; we are actively pursuing world leaders in the cargo container shipping industry with our port to port wireless transmittable location and sensor technology. Our Global Cargo Tracking System is getting a huge amount of interest and consideration from several world class container shipping companies, government agencies and commercial freight forwarders. Recently I was invited to Washington, D.C. to meet with a branch of the Homeland Security Agency to discuss our current technology and discovered other areas with interests that could use our technology for possible solutions to their issues. "These are exciting times for WiFi."

We have also recently brought on board Chris Johnston, CPA as our CFO. Additionally we have added two new advisors, Mr. Michael Lee out of Hong Kong and United States who has had over 50 years of pacific rim expertise, along with Mr. Eugene B. Curcio, Sr., past president of Pullman Power Products, Intl., who has extensive experience in the engineering field in Asia specifically China. These two individuals have a 30 year business relationship.

We are also proud to announce Mr. Scott Fry of "Mesh Centric" has joined us as a contract Wireless Senior Consultant. Mr. Fry's area of responsibility is to oversee technical issues concerning the Global Cargo Tracking System.
