Letter from the Chairman:

Dear Stockholders we appreciate your patience in the last few weeks, Wifi Wireless, Inc. has been under going tasks of draconious proportions. During this time, some industry changing Senate and House bills have enabled us to advance our position. WiFi's timely product development has allowed us to accommodate the shipping cargo industry. WiFi Wireless, Inc. is fully prepared at this time to accommodate ship owners in the private sector who wish to meet the voluntary standards set forth by "GreenLane Maritime Cargo Security Act."

While we were in the final stages of R & D these bills were introduced. We are very fortunate to be in this position at this point in time. According to the news release from the U.S. Senator Patty Murray, a GreenLane will be granted to "supply chain participants who voluntarily meet the highest level of security, allows our security service to better identify and respond to potential threats and provides real incentive to importers to enhance their supply chain security measures."

WiFi Wireless, Inc. has met with three of the world's largest containerized-freight shipping companies. We demonstrated the "WFSCT System" and the senior executives where impressed with the cargo tracking capabilities. Our product coupled the "GreenLane Maritime Cargo Security Act" could potentially put them ahead at the port of entry.

Sincerely,

Eugene L. Curcio
Chairman
