(Nasdaq: WLSC), announced today that it is amending its previously announced offer to exchange (the 'Exchange Offer') $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 8-1/2% Senior Notes due 2015 (CUSIP Number 96949VAK9) (the 'Exchange Notes'), which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for a like aggregate principal amount of its 8-1/2% Senior Notes due 2015 (CUSIP Numbers U96964AC2/96949VAJ2) (the 'Initial Notes', and together with the Exchange Notes, the 'Notes') by extending the Expiration Date to 5:00 P.M. , New York City time, on December 9, 2005 , unless further extended or terminated.

As of 5:00 P.M. , New York City time, on December 5, 2005 , a total of $173,220,000 in aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Initial Notes (representing approximately 49.49% of the $350,000,000 of aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Initial Notes as of 5:00 P.M. , New York City time, on December 5, 2005 ) had been validly tendered and not withdrawn.
