It is alledged by some shareholders of Gameznflix, that Dejoya and the CEO of Gameznflix, have designed a scheme to take shareholder money for alterior motives. The stock just went thru a reverse split of 1/1000, killing the value of the shares. The CEO has been extremely secretive, and Dejoya seems to be aiding and abetting.

Arthur De Joya was appointed chief financial officer of the Company on July 9, 2004. Effective on September 30, 2004, Gary Hohman joined the Company to serve as its president in place of John Fleming. On December 27, 2004, I. Matt Sawaqed resigned as a director of the Company in order to focus his attention on other businesses in which he is involved. On that date, Mr. Hohman, was appointed to our board of directors.
