Since September 1, 2001, Mr. Despain has also served as President of the Company’s mineral exploration division and is responsible for the Company’s mineral exploration operations. Prior to joining the Company in December 1995, Mr. Despain was President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Christensen Boyles Corporation since 1986.
