Mr. Irwin joined the Company in May 1995 as Director of U.S. Marketing, and later served as Director of Marketing for The Americas. In April 1998 he was promoted to Vice President, Marketing for The Americas, was named Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in May 2001, and in September 2002 was named Executive Vice President.
