Does anyone have an idea why Mr. Sklar refuses to release WinMax's financials? Any insight would be very much appreciated. I used to work for Winmax. Winmax does not make any money what so ever. They rely on "funding" or basically scaming the stock market. Gerald's money is not in Canada nor the States. It is over seas. Thats how he paid us, by transfers from his personal account. And if he wished not to pay he didn't. Knowing that he can get away with it. Gerald mocks our laws and if you want to the WinMax's financials. Seriously, why can't anyone just arrest this dude. He has stolen so much money from everyone effecting peoples lives. And he is just sitting there in his office, rich, parinod and lonely. Gerald isn't hard to find and it isn't hard to prove what he is doing. Just need someone to step up and take him down. Hopefully our case against him does just that. And I'll get you your financials. I read your posts and gets confused... I went in at 0.81 and out at 0.05 so happy I was not but what u describe here is a losing start up (like most) where future will tell if they could bring the product to maturity (mostly $ related).
Paying from his private account? I thought it has a name: Shareholder Loan or Director Loan.
Bad character? I would not know but if that was a crime most heads of our regulatory system would be criminals...

I think you need to consider that some past employees are often also poor examples of reference. Which is why they are past employees. As far as shareholders are concerned... any stock investment has a risk. Do your homework on the company. Just a thought....
