IGOR VALYUNIN has served as the Chief Scientific Officer and as a director of our company since December 16, 2005. Prior thereto, Mr. Valyunin co-founded JIGJIG, LLC, which merged with BT Acquisitions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of our company, on December 16, 2005. JIGJIG was formed to hold the intellectual property for the TP.2 lens.
