Mr. Hall joined Rainier Pacific Bank's predecessor in 1991 serving as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and became its President and Chief Executive Officer in 1995. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound, is a certified pubic accountant (CPA) and a member of the Washington Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
