Mr. Birbeck, a citizen of the United Kingdom, has served as the Company’s director since June, 2001. In 1997, Mr. Birbeck founded Network Alchemy Ltd. From 1997 until 2001, Mr. Birbeck served as a director of Network Alchemy Ltd. From 2000 until 2001, Mr. Birbeck served as a director of Avaya Communications. From 2001 until September 2005, Mr. Birbeck has been working as a consultant advising new technology start-up companies in the United Kingdom. Mr. Birbeck also was a founder of Seer Ltd. in 2000 and serves as its director.
