He has over 25 years of experience providing extensive management and operational consulting in the planning, organizing, and directing of businesses in several industries. Served as officer and director of both private and public companies in the finance, insurance, real estate, and manufacturing industries. Owner and founder of investment banking business that provided capital financing, as principal and agent, for private and public ventures. He is a graduate from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Management, Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and Masters of Business Administration.
