John E. Rea has been our Chief Executive Officer since December 2003, and has been a director since April 2001. Mr. Rea also served as our President prior to December 2003. He was President of The Crafter's Marketplace, Ltd., which operated a chain of retail stores operating in Canada, from June 1994 to October 2004. He attended Southern Methodist University. Mr. Rea is the brother of our President, Chief Operating Officer and director, James A. Rea, and the son of our Executive Chairman, Edward P. Rea.
