Mr. Fleming, age 56, was the managing partner of AFI Capital, LLC, a venture capital company, located in San Diego, California for the 5 years (before joining GameZnFlix in September 2002). Before AFI Capital, Mr. Fleming managed Fleming & Associates, a business- consulting firm that provided services to companies looking to create business plans and/or review current plans in order to move forward with fund raising from both private and public sectors.
