Jonathan H. Cohen, our Chief Executive Officer, has more than 16 years of experience in technology-related equity research and investment. He was named to Institutional Investor’s “All-American” research team in 1996, 1997 and 1998. During his career, Mr. Cohen has managed technology research groups covering computer software and hardware companies, telecommunication companies and semiconductor companies at several firms, including Wit SoundView, Merrill Lynch & Co., UBS Securities and Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Cohen is also the owner and a principal of JHC Capital Management, LLC, a registered investment adviser that serves as the sub-adviser to Royce Technology Value Fund, a technology-focused mutual fund.
