From April 2004 through September 2005, Mr. Cassidy provided consulting services to us. Since December 1996, Mr. Cassidy has served as Managing Director of Capital Energy Services, LLC ( formerly Orion Energy Services, LLC), an energy options brokerage firm on the NYMEX.
