O'Leary are also named executive officers of Integrys Energy Group and the compensation paid to them is reported in Integrys Energy Group's Proxy Statement for its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held May 17, 2007, under the caption "Executive Compensation." The compensation reported in the Proxy Statement reflects total compensation paid to Mr. Weyers and Mr. O'Leary in their dual roles with Integrys Energy Group and WPSC and is not repeated in the following tables. Such information is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. The tables below report the compensation of the additional named executives of WPSC.
