From 1996 to September 2002, Mr. Shaw was employed by Headstrong, a global restructuring corporation, during which time he held a number of positions, serving most recently as Chief Operating Officer of European Operations. During 2004, Mr. Shaw was promoted to Senior Vice President, International Operations for Keane, Inc.
