From June 2002 to November 2005, Mr. Voll served as chief financial officer at Monolithic System Technology, Inc., a semiconductor intellectual property licensing company. From December 2004 to July 2005, Mr. Voll served as the interim chief executive officer of Monolithic System Technology, Inc. From June 2000 to June 2002, Mr. Voll served as the chief financial officer for Axis Systems, Inc., a developer of semiconductor verification tools. Mr. Voll holds a B.S. in accounting from Providence College.
