Mr. Euler is our Chief Executive Officer in addition to currently serving as our Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, positions that he has held since January 2004 and January 2005, respectively. He has also been a member of our board of directors since August 2004. During the three years prior to his joining us, Mr. Euler served as Regional Director and member of the Executive Committee for Thales GeoSolutions with responsibility for the Americas Region. From 1998 to 2001, he served in various management capacities with Racal Electronics plc. Mr. Euler holds a Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Sheffield, England.
