Michael F. Emerson. Mr. Emerson has acted as Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since his appointment on March 4, 2004. He previously has served as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of visionGATEWAY since March of 2002 and of visionGATEWAY Pty Ltd (Australia) from October 2001 to the present. His previous business associations include service as a director of Micel Pty Ltd, Australia, from March 2001 until the present. He was also Vice President and Business Unit Leader for Cap Gemini Ernst and Young from May 2000 to February 2001. He was a Partner of and Business Unit Leader of Ernst & Young, Australia, from November 1989 until May 2000. Mr. Emerson is a graduate of La Trobe University, Bundoora, Victoria, Australia class of 1974, where he received the degree of Bachelor of Economics with Honors. He majored in Mathematical Economics and International Economics.
