Nicholas R. H. Toms has served as Chief Executive Officer and a Director since July, 2001 and served as Joint Chairman of the Board of Directors, Joint Chief Executive Officer and a Director of ours from September 1999 through June 2001. Mr. Toms has been a principal of Edwardstone, an investment management company, since 1986 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Edwardstone since 1989. From 1988 to 1997, Mr. Toms served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Peak Technologies.
