Noam Lotan , 55, has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since May 1990 and served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from October 1993 until June 1995. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lotan served from 1987 to 1990 as Managing Director of Fibronics (UK) Ltd a subsidiary of Fibronics International Inc., a manufacturer of fiber optic communication networks. Mr. Lotan was also the Director of European Operations for Fibronics. The Company acquired the Fibronics business in September 1996. Prior to such time, Mr. Lotan held a variety of sales and marketing positions with Fibronics and Hewlett-Packard. Since June 2005, Mr. Lotan has also served on the board of directors of Capstone Turbine Corporation (Nasdaq symbol: CPST). Mr. Lotan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from INSEAD (the European Institute of Business Administration, Fontainebleau, France).
