Paul A. Flynn is President of SLI Miniature Lighting - North America. On March 1, 2002, Mr. Flynn was appointed to the position of President of SLI Miniature Lighting - Europe. Previously, Mr. Flynn served as Vice President of SLI Miniature Lighting - North America from 1994 to 1999. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Flynn was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Industrial Devices, Inc. ("IDI"), which was acquired by the Company in 1994. Prior to such time, he was the National Sales Manager of IDI from 1987 to 1992. Mr. Flynn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Fairfield University.
