Age:	54

Per Langholz has served as President of SLI Europe and Australasia, since September 2001. Since joining the company in 1997, Mr. Langholz has held the positions of Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing (Wholesale & OEM) and the Managing Director of the Central European Operations. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Langholz was the Managing Director of the GE's Power Controls Division in Germany. Between 1976 and 1994, Mr. Langholz worked at AEG in a number of positions.
