Mr. Smith has been an executive officer and member of our board of directors since 1997, serving as President and Chief Technology Officer from May 1997 until August 2000 and thereafter as our Chief Technology Officer. From December 1995 to May 1997, Mr. Smith was Director of Operations for Global Communications Group. Mr. Smith received a B.S. from Purdue University.
