ROGER WILLIAMS. Mr. Williams joined us in April 2001 and serves as our General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Mr. Williams has been a practicing intellectual property attorney for 31 years, having practiced in both private and corporate positions. From 1991 to 2001, Mr. Williams served as Chief Patent Counsel and Associate General Counsel for the pharmaceutical company G.D. Searle & Co. Mr. Williams has his Juris Doctorate degree from Drake University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Western Illinois University. He is a member of the California and Indiana Bars.
