Mr. Boissonneault was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director for the Predecessor in September 2000. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Warner Chilcott PLC (acquired by the Predecessor in September 2000) from 1996 to 2000, serving as a director from 1998 through 2000. From 1976 to 1996, Mr. Boissonneault served in various capacities with Warner-Lambert, including Vice President, Female Healthcare, Director of Corporate Strategic Planning and Director of Obstetrics/Gynecology Marketing.
