Ronald J. Saul, age 58, has served as a director of the company since January 2003. From September 1992 to the present, Mr. Saul has been a financial consultant. From October 1985 through August 1992, Mr. Saul was the Treasurer and Vice President of National Intergroup, a multi company holding company. From November 1970 to September 1985, Mr. Saul held various accounting and financial positions with National Intergroup Inc. and its predecessor company, National Steel Corporation.
