Shimmy Zimels, 40, Chief Executive Officer and President and Director. Mr. Zimels has served as Chief Executive Office and President since June 2002, and served as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer of deltathree since June 1997, before being named President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2002. Prior to joining deltathree, Mr. Zimels was the Controller and Vice President of Finance at Net Media Ltd., a leading Israel based Internet Service Provider, from June 1995 to June 1997. From April 1991 to May 1995, Mr. Zimels was a senior tax auditor for the Income Tax Bureau of the State of Israel. Mr. Zimels graduated with distinction from Hebrew University with a degree in Economics and Accounting and holds a Masters in Economics from Hebrew University.
