From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Sill was Vice President and Controller of Security National Life Insurance Company. From 1989 to 1993, he was Controller of Flying J. Inc. From 1978 to 1989, Mr. Sill was Senior Vice President and Controller of Surety Life Insurance Company. From 1975 to 1978, he was Vice President and Controller of Sambo's Restaurant, Inc. From 1974 to 1975, Mr. Sill was Director of Reporting for Northwest Pipeline Corporation. From 1970 to 1974, he was an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Sill is a Past President of the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association (IASA), a national association of over 1,300 insurance companies and associate members.
