Stephen P. Loomis has been our vice president of finance since September 1996 and has held the positions of chief financial officer and corporate secretary since April 1997. From 1993 until 1996, he served as director of financial reporting for Kinko's Inc. From 1988 to 1993, Mr. Loomis was chief financial officer for Terminal Data Corporation, a publicly traded company. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University at Northridge. Mr. Loomis is a certified public accountant.
