Mr. Murphy has been Chief Financial Officer of the Company since July 1999. He joined the Company as Controller in May 1996. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Murphy was Controller of Megamation Incorporated, a publicly traded company that manufactured automation work cells used in various industries, from January 1995 until April 1996, and Accounting Manager of Ohmicron, Inc., a biotechnology company, from January 1993 until December 1994. From September 1985 to May 1992, Mr. Murphy served in a number of financial positions at Checkpoint Systems, Inc., a provider of security and access control systems, including serving as Accounting Manager from 1991 to 1992.
