Is This The End For Cloudweb Inc. (OTCBB:CLOW)?

by Dragni Dragnev February 23, 2016

Cloudweb Inc. (OTCBB:CLOW, CLOW message board) had a really nasty red session yesterday, but is this the end of its pump jump? Today's red opening certainly seems to suggest so.

Not twenty minutes into early trading, and the ticker has already dipped 20% - that has got to hurt. Still, investors would do well to remember that there is no real way to be sure when CLOW will stop wiggling, as there is no way to know when the pumpers will cease their endless barrage of touts. Judging by the fact that touters pocketed a total of $510 thousand to promote CLOW in this month alone, the probability of that happening seems rather slim.

How much longer those touts will be effective is another matter entirely, of course. Could the e-mails be losing their potency and driving power at long last?

That is difficult to gauge, but judging by the two ugly red openings CLOW has had this week, this may indeed be the case – which wouldn't really be surprising at all.

As we all know, the longer a pump is played, the more risk the people that play it take on – and CLOW has been pumped like crazy for upwards of 20 days now.

Another thing to consider is the fact that when pumps go bad, they go really bad. At this point, it's not exactly clear whether CLOW has reached that stage yet, but it's probably a good bet that, if it hasn't done so already, it will. It would also probably be reasonable to assume that this will happen sooner rather than later. Is today's red opening the beginning of the ultimate downfall of CLOW?

Only time will tell, and judging by the aggressive way the ticker moves, we may well know the answer to that question before too long.
