Sharkreach Inc. (OTCMKTS:SHRK) Bounces Once More

by Dragni Dragnev April 6, 2016

Sharkreach Inc. (OTCMKTS:SHRK, SHRK message board) had a nice little resurgence yesterday, but by all accounts investors can expect it to be short lived. Why?

Well, let's look at some due diligence, shall we? We're talking about a company that's currently targeted by a rather cheap paid pump. That fact should be enough to give investors pause in and of itself – however, it is not the only red flag that can be found when researching SHRK.

We're using the word research here in a very broad sense, because there is very little known about SHRK's current state. The company has not filed the report that was due more than a month and a half ago, earning a red “limited information” on its OTC Markets profile page.

Indeed, we have very little information about its current activities – and what we have of its past endeavors is thoroughly disheartening as well. If its latest financial report is to be believed, as of September 30, 2015, SHRK had:

  • Cash & Total Assets - $0.4 thousand
  • Total Current Liabilities - $46 thousand
  • Annual Net Loss for 2015 - $33 thousand

Then there's the issue of the shares that SHRK sold a couple of years back for just $6 thousand. A forward split it then performed has turned those into nearly 20 MILLION shares of SHRK stock – shares that are still unaccounted for and may yet prove to be a threat to investor value.

With this in mind, it should be obvious why SHRK's bounce will most probably turn out to be of the dead cat variety.

Quotes Believe steve smith and his venture capitalists retired the shares. There is cash on hand, a lot of ot with the acquisition spree they are on and the talent they are adding to their team, especially to their board; tons of experience and deep pockets. I believe SHRK is nothing like the previous company. Totally different which we will soon see 8K and 10K reflect this. Heck in january they donated $10,000 to homeless shelter. Just saying. Bottomline, this is not your normal OTC stock, this one will grow quickly and their vision is spot on and i believe they will capitalize

Quotes And as a former employee who is still owed wages, I can tell you they do not and will not generate any income from their activities. They do not have the funds to run a business.
