The promoters of Helios & Matheson Information Technology Ltd - Chennai have a criminal record and a number of cases are against them.
They have today on the web site posted the following message giving indirect threats which confirm that they have a criminal background and have no respect for the law.
http://www.moneycontrol.com/india/messageboardblog/15/14/viewtopicmessages/84970
''Instead, rather than engaging in a contest where only one of the contestants goes by the rules of chivalry, It is further learnt that H&M have decided to take a leaf out of vMoksha's own scheme of action namely assigning the rights to a more matched contestant. Accordingly to avoid unnecessary embarrassment to either themselves or the contestants directly, H&M have, as per advice of legal experts , entrusted the operation to a major Asset Recovery company H&M, it is understood, have further strengthened their processes and procedures to have better checks and balances in andling such situations in the future
is obvious that unlike H&M the assignee company's raison de etre is asset recovery and they are legally empowered and otherwise experienced in dealing with the most recalcitrant of defaulters with methods that will yield results rather than pass a test of fairness.

Hence forth it seems vMoksha will face a change of contestant and rules and the same methods that were being employed by them will be brought to bear against them in a greater measure by an outfit which possesses vastly more experience and resources than vMoksha''
